Very late, but thank you for providing that photo and the information you provided. I had no idea they put 7 bulbs into that lower headlight. I figured it was the typical 1/2 light headlights

I think about the only way to do this reasonably is with photo-etched metal. They'll all be the same size and the holes will be centered. Hunt around for someplace that does custom photo-etching. You
