Okay, those of you with those all-important "honey-dew" lists, listen up now. This is your one week advance reminder.

In just 10 days is the semi-annual pre-Christmas Dulles Expo Center train show out in Chantilly, Virginia. This is always a good and well attended show with lots of variety in dealers and no shortage of customers as well.

No doubt models and parts of all sizes and gauges will be present and available: Z, N, HO, S, O-27, O, G gauge and who knows what else in between. That pretty well covers the spectrum don't you think?

There will also be books, magazines, timetables, railroadianna and who knows what else that relates to the railroad, likely to be offered for your enjoyment and collecting interests as well.

Your favorite railroads will no doubt be well-represented: PRR, C&O, B&O, N&W, Southern, NY Central, SP, UP, PRR and the list is almost endless. These and many others should have goodies for the interested tastes' delights.

In addition there are usually a few operating modular layouts around for the little kid in ALL of us that comes to these shows, whether you be age 3 or 103, or anywhere in between, all you kids are likely covered for enjoyment and entertainment.

Plenty of parking abounds close-by and yes, there is an admission fee but it is good for both days.

The hours of the show are 10-4 both days and there is often a waiting line when the 10 am hour arrives, so make sure you plan ahead.
