Might anyone have a good photo of one of the ten 40’ containers Southern modified with side doors for US Mail service in the 60s? If I can get a copy, I’d like to include it in my clinic at the Cocoa Beach RPM. It covers the decline of passenger services and railway mail and the beginning of “intermodal” services on the Southern in the 60s.
